I switched to Speed Net internet provider service in Rockport, TX from Verizon in June. Verizon is overpriced. I had such a bad experience with them. The reps were rude - I had an autopay set up yet my phone got disconnected. It took me an hour just to get through to a representative then she charged me an extra 10 dollars for the reconnection of the service even though I have autopay. I even returned the new line I had gotten. I was absolutely done giving them my money.
