I was a customer of Grande Communications in Dripping Springs before going for Speed Net. The customer service was terrible. I called them multiple times to report problems, but they never seem to fix anything. I had nothing but problems. Then looking online for internet provider service in my area in Dripping Springs, I found about Speed Net. A lady had dropped a detailed review on Google how Speed Net's internet provider service helped her & how she had been facing similar challenges like I have. I had not heard of Speednet before but reading the reviews online I was so conviced that I wanted to give me a try. & yes I too am now conviced. I went thru their site talked to an agent & understood how their internet wifi service works then ordred my device which came day after & I plugged it & immediately my speeds shot up. & for all queries when I called them up they answered patiently & sweetly. What more does a customer want? They truly are the best home internet provider in Dripping Springs. God bless.
