From the beginning when I first signed up for the home internet provider service in Center, TX they have been nothing but nice and explained everything. I am far from being tech savvy so if I have any technical difficulties they make an appt with me as soon as they can to come fix any issues. But I love the service and my internet works great! Now when I get on a video call with my grandkids I don't experience poor quality video calls, including choppy or pixelated video.I am also always ecstatic to talk to their customer reps, such warm people! Speed Net Broadband also offer me a senior citizen discount which shows time and again that they are dedicated to their customers.

No, we don't send any of the above. We do provide you with the modem/router to use internet services. Our routers are WIFi 6 capable that can cover a area of up to 2500 sqft. With a device that kind you should not need to buy any additional hardware.
