Q1. How long will it take to install Speed Net Broadband?
It takes 2 to 3 working days for the complete installation including order and dispatch. We have two options: indoor, and outdoor + indoor modem. it will be a plug-and-play device that can be mailed directly to your address. The outdoor equipment requires a tech to visit the address to do the installation. The outdoor modem goes on the roof and a line is taken into the house to a router to get you internet service. Installation varies from location to location.
Q2. How to set up indoor equipment?
It is very simple, once you receive our equipment, plug it into the power source, give it 5 minutes to start, connect your devices to Wi-Fi, and enjoy the services. In simple words “Plug N Play”.
Q3. When do I need an outdoor antenna?
There are 3 situations when outdoor antenna is required:
1. If you are located in a very rural area where local towers are very far from you location.
2. If your house has metal roof and/or metal sidings.
3. If you are looking for more speeds, lesser pings and more reliability than you are currently getting with indoor unit.
Q4. What is the speed of your services?
Speeds depend on the address and area speeds can start as low as 10 Mbps to 30 Mbps with 4G services and 50 Mbps to 600 Mbps with 5G services. If you live in a rural area, you can expect a good internet connection for work-from-home, gaming and streaming.
