Ever since I have switched to Speed Net, I am so relaxed. All the problems that I had with my previous provider have been resolved so quickly and effortlessly. I get high speed of upto 300Mbps and my internet speed is the same only even when there is rain outside.
I was with my previous internet provider for almost 2 years. When the weather in my area is bad the Internet was always bad. Went from running 200Mpbs to 65Mpbs. Their tech support could not fix any problems. The equipment I was provided was also of no good. It was an ongoing issue. I used to call support so many times but I was always on hold way too long.
I am really glad to say that with Speed Net that is not the case. Their tech support is helpful and they fixed the equipment like true professionals without taking much time and guiding me through it all just like I wanted. I have to rarely call their support and when I do they talk me through even the silliest of my questions so I could not be happier! Thanks Speed Net and team for taking big chunk of my worry away.
