Hello Everyone, I am here just to share another story of our success. One of our old customers named Maria, who lives in Tyler, Texas and has been with Speed Net Internet for over 2.5 years now. Going back to the time he started with us, he was having hard time finding internet services due to his rural location and satellite internet wasn’t helping him to even stream for 5 minutes without buffering. He contacted us and his speed issue was solved, he was able to stream with 15-18mbps down and 5-7mbps up speeds without any buffering as these speeds were good due to his rural location and satellite was giving him up to 5mbps. Moving forward to a month ago. He had his grandkids moving in with him and they do online schooling and gaming as well, for which 15-18mbps is not enough as he and his wife wanted to stream too. He knew that we have been doing 5G services for a while now, but never needed to upgrade as it was just him and his wife. So, he called us to inquire if we do 5G at his location as well and our answer was yes! He wanted the maximum speeds that he can have for his grand kids to school and game. We suggested going with 5G fixed wireless, which is basically an omni directional antenna mounted at or over roof height and a cable from the antenna running inside home to a router. Which he went ahead with and the result is 80-90mbps down and 20-25mbps up. Now, grandkids can happily do online schooling, gaming and grandparents can stream at the same time, no buffering for any of those activities, even if all the activities are done at the same time. And we get the result that we want, which is a happy and satisfied customer!

One of our new customer Sharon who lives in Taylor, Texas. She had a satellite internet service, which was “ok” for her when it comes down to checking emails, paying bills and streaming till her 100GB monthly data allowance runs out and if she needs more data at decent speeds then she has to buy tokens for data. I am sure a lot of us can relate to this, especially if you live in rural areas. She got a new role offered from her company which allows her to work from home, for which she needs better speeds, data and internet that allows her to use VPN. So, she was looking for a different provider. She found a provider that offers internet via point-to-point (PtP) or Line of sight antenna, but she wasn’t able to get line of sight to the tower unless she put an antenna over 60 ft pole as her location is downhill in a valley. Her neighbor who happens to be a SpeedNet customer for over 2 years, referred her to us. We had a technician go there check out her location, her location did have low coverage as it was in a valley. But, we do have an option for an outdoor antenna which can provide internet via point-to-multiple-point (PtMP) or Omni directional antenna. Our technician did the installation and she’s getting 15-20mbps down and 5-10mbps up. Might not sound a lot but considering her location it is very good (better than satellite 5-7mbps down and 1-3mbps up), plus now she is working from home, using VPN as per company’s requirement, she has unlimited data plan that doesn’t need to be reloaded with token or any extra cost and her monthly bill is $40-$50 less than the previous internet provider!! One of our new customer Tammy from Pleasanton, Texas. She found us out on internet as she was looking for new provider, but no satellite internet as she had bad experience with it. She had services with Century Link, which wasn’t allowing her to stream Netflix or Hulu or Amazon. She had subscriptions with them but was not able to use them due to speeds being to less for streaming. Only mean for her to spend her day is TV as she is an elderly person who stays at home most of the time and not tech savvy either. Our associate talked to her, understood her requirements, explained her how our services work and the process for ordering & getting started. We mailed her the equipment, once she received the equipment. All she had to do was plug in to power source and connect her phone and tv to Wi-Fi while we were on call with her helping her in the process. Once done she checked Netflix, Hulu and Amazon. They all worked fine without buffering. We called her back after a week to check on her and she said that everything is working beyond her expectations, she has never been this happy with internet in all these years since she had internet with Century Link or other satellite internet she had in past. It was no surprise to us, but as an internet service provider all you want is a happy and satisfied customers right!
