Set-Up Instructions

Please follow the simple instructions below to start using the device. Please read the instructions

 

Step 1:  Call or Text us on our Tech support / Activation line 512-410-0373 to activate the device. Once you receive the confirmation follow step 2 

Step 2: Remove the modem from the box and connect the antennas to the modem.

Step 3: Connect the modem to the power source.

Step 4: The network name (SSID) and password are located on the bottom of the

Modem.

Step 5: Connect your device to Wi-Fi and look for the network name WIRELESS INTERNET password is A1b2c3d4.

Please let the router sit for 15-20 Min so that it can link in with the bands in the

Area.

                                                                                                      NOTE

 

  • Please do not hard reset your modem. A hard reset of your modem may be subject to an additional Setup Fee.

 

  • Please do not take the sim card out of the router and install it into any other device, this may deactivate the sim card and you may incur an additional fee to set it back up.

 

  • Please keep the retail packaging for your modem.

 

  • Please note that your modem box contains additional Sim for backup purposes (Do not use it and keep it safe).

 

  • The customer understands additional equipment and installation may be required if unable to get a good signal with just indoor equipment and a technician must come and install the antenna or an outdoor unit to boost the signal. In the case of a service call, a tech visit may be required and additional fees may be required for a technician visit.

By using IP Service(s), as defined below, Customer(s) agrees to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy and to remain responsible for its users. Speed Net Inc. reserves the right to change or modify the terms of the AUP at any time, effective when posted on Speed Net Inc.  website at www.speednetlte.com Customer's use of the IP Service(s) after changes to the AUP are posted shall constitute acceptance of any changes or additional terms.

Speed Net Inc. is at all times committed to complying with the laws and regulations governing the use of the Internet, e-mail transmission, and text messaging and preserving for all of its Customers the ability to use Speed Net Inc.'s network and the Internet without interference or harassment from other users. The Speed Net Inc Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is designed to help achieve these goals.


 

Unlawful Activities: IP Services shall not be used in connection with any criminal, civil, or administrative violation of any applicable local, state, provincial, federal, national, or international law, treaty, court order, ordinance, regulation, or administrative rule.

 

Violation of Intellectual Property Rights: IP Service(s) shall not be used to publish, submit/receive, upload/download, post, use, copy or otherwise reproduce, transmit, re-transmit, distribute or store any content/material or to engage in any activity that infringes, misappropriates or otherwise violates the intellectual property rights or privacy or publicity rights of Speed Net Inc or any individual, group or entity, including but not limited to any rights protected by any copyright, patent, trademark laws, trade secret, trade dress, right of privacy, right of publicity, moral rights or other intellectual property right now known or later recognized by statute, judicial decision or regulation.


 

Inappropriate Interaction with Minors: Speed Net Inc. complies with all applicable laws pertaining to the protection of minors, including when appropriate, reporting cases of child exploitation to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. For more information about online safety, visit www.ncmec.org

 

Child Pornography: IP Services shall not be used to publish, submit/receive, upload/download, post, use, copy, or otherwise produce, transmit, distribute or store child pornography. Suspected violations of this prohibition may be reported to Speed Net Inc. at the following e-mail address: support@speednetlet.net. Speed Net Inc. will report any discovered violation of this prohibition to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and take steps to remove child pornography (or otherwise block access to the content determined to contain child pornography) from its servers.

 

Spam/Email/Usenet Abuse: Violation of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, or any other applicable law regulating e-mail services, constitutes a violation of this AUP.

Spam/E-mail or Usenet abuse is prohibited using IP Services. Examples of Spam/E-mail or Usenet abuse include but are not limited to the following activities:

  • sending multiple unsolicited electronic mail messages or "mail-bombing" – to one or more recipients;

  • sending unsolicited commercial e-mail, or unsolicited electronic messages directed primarily at the advertising or promotion of products or services;

  • sending unsolicited electronic messages with petitions for signatures or requests for charitable donations, or sending any chain mail-related materials;

  • sending bulk electronic messages without identifying, within the message, a reasonable means of opting out from receiving additional messages from the sender;

  • sending electronic messages, files, or other transmissions that exceed contracted capacity or that create the potential for disruption of the Speed Net Inc network or of the networks with which Speed Net Inc interconnects, by virtue of quantity, size or otherwise;

  • using another site's mail server to relay mail without the express permission of that site;

  • using another computer, without authorization, to send multiple email messages or to retransmit e-mail messages for the purpose of misleading recipients as to the origin or to conduct any of the activities prohibited by this AUP;

  • using IP addresses that the Customer does not have a right to use;

  • collecting the responses from unsolicited electronic messages;

  • maintaining a site that is advertised via unsolicited electronic messages, regardless of the origin of the unsolicited electronic messages;

  • sending messages that are harassing or malicious, or otherwise could reasonably be predicted to interfere with another party's quiet enjoyment of the IP Services or the Internet (e.g., through language, frequency, size or otherwise);

  • using distribution lists containing addresses that include those who have opted out;

  • sending electronic messages that do not accurately identify the sender, the sender's return address, the e-mail address of origin, or other information contained in the subject line or header;

  • falsifying packet header, sender, or user information whether in whole or in part to mask the identity of the sender, originator or point of origin;

  • using redirect links in unsolicited commercial e-mail to advertise a website or service;

  • posting a message to more than ten (10) online forums or newsgroups, that could reasonably be expected to generate complaints;

  • intercepting, redirecting or otherwise interfering or attempting to interfere with email intended for third parties;

  • knowingly deleting any author attributions, legal notices or proprietary designations or labels in a file that the user mails or sends;

  • using, distributing, advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available any software program, product, or service that is designed to violate this AUP or the AUP of any other Internet Service Provider, including, but not limited to, the facilitation of the means to spam.

Incident Reporting

Any complaints (other than claims of copyright infringement) regarding violation of this AUP by a Speed Net Customer (or its user) should be directed to info@speednetlte.net. Where possible, include details that would assist Speed Net in investigating and resolving such complaints (e.g., expanded headers, IP address(s), a copy of the offending transmission, and any log files).


 

Self-Installation Responsibility: 

a. The Customer acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for the installation of the equipment and/or services provided by the Company. The Customer understands that they are performing the installation at their own risk. 

b. The Customer agrees to follow all provided installation instructions, user manuals, and safety guidelines supplied by the Company.

  • Company Support: a. The Company will provide remote support and assistance to the Customer during the self-installation process, within reasonable business hours.
    b. In the event the Customer encounters difficulties during self-installation, the Customer may contact the Company's customer support for guidance and troubleshooting assistance.

  •  

Equipment and Service Warranty: a. The Company's standard equipment warranty and service terms apply to equipment and services provided, even if self-installed by the Customer.
b. The Customer acknowledges that improper self-installation may void warranties, and any subsequent repair or replacement costs will be the responsibility of the Customer.

 

  • Liability and Indemnification: 

  • a. The Customer acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with self-installation. The Company shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from self-installation, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or loss of data. 

  • b. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the self-installation performed by the Customer.

  • c. Completion and Verification: a. Upon completion of self-installation, the Customer shall promptly notify the Company to verify the successful installation and activation of the equipment and/or services. b. The Company reserves the right to perform a remote verification check to ensure proper installation and activation.

 

  • Termination of Agreement: a. If the self-installation is not completed successfully within [Agreed Upon Timeframe], the Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and may require professional installation, subject to additional fees.

Use and Care of Equipment: 

a. The Customer agrees to use the Equipment for its intended purpose only and handle it with care.

s. The Customer shall not modify, disassemble, or attempt to repair the Equipment without the Provider's written consent. 

c. The Customer is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the Equipment while it is in their possession.




 

Return of Equipment: 

a. The Customer shall return the Equipment to the Provider's designated location within 10 days of service cancellation. 

b. The Equipment must be returned in the same condition as when it was provided, normal wear and tear excepted.

c.The customer is responsible for all shipping handling fees related to return.

d.Refunds will be issued on the same payment method as the original payment.

Default: If a customer fails to return the equipment by the specified return dates or returns it in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition, then the Customer shall be responsible for covering the remaining expenses. Customers shall be responsible for paying $470.

 

Termination: This Agreement shall terminate upon the return of the Equipment in satisfactory condition, and the refund of the Deposit, if applicable. A customer can expect the billing to continue until the equipment is received by Speed Net Inc.

 

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas

All sales are final!  

a. The equipment must be returned within 10 Days of cancelling the services. 

b. The equipment must be in the original condition as sent originally at the point of sale/ installation(Undamaged) in person or over the mail. Customers can drop off at our corporate/mailing office address from Mon-Fri between 10 am-5 pm CST. (Mentioned below)

c. If the customer cancels the services within the month, the customer started the service, he needs to give a 15 days cancellation notice.

d. All parts and accessories must be returned in their original condition or a customer can lose some or all the refundable amount.

e. The account must be set up on auto pay.

f .Installation fees are not considered as refundable in the case of outdoor equipment installation.

g. Customers need to pay an additional $150 for tech visits.

 

 


 

 

The customer must provide or supply their own router in cases where they cannot reach an excessive-size house that is greater than 2000 sq ft.

 

Speed Net can cancel your services with or without any notice in case of where we believe of fraudulent or illegal activity.

 

The equipment/Equipment provided for services is an asset of Speed Net broadband. This has to be returned at the time of cancellation or termination of services at customer's own expense to Speed Net to avail of any refund, if applicable.

 

Cancellation Policy

a. The customer must provide a 30-day notice on the email address below :

support@speednetlte.net

b. The customer is responsible for any bill/technician visit generated within that 30-day period.

c. The customer is responsible for any damage to the equipment or any accessories

d. The equipment must be returned within 10 Days of the cancellation of the services.

e. The equipment must be in the original condition as sent originally at the point of sale/ installation (Undamaged) in person or over the mail. Customers can drop off at our corporate/mailing office address from Mon-Fri between 10 am-5 pm cst.

f. In case of returning the equipment via mail services like FedEx, UPS or USPS the customer has to update the tracking at support@speednetlte.net

g. All parts and accessories must be returned in their original condition.

In case of outdoor installation, outdoor equipment and indoor equipment must be returned undamaged.

There is no refund after the plan is renewed.

If a customer chooses to cancel their SpeedNet Broadband service immediately after signing up, whether online through our website or in-person with a sales representative, they will be responsible for a payment processing fee of 2.5%. This fee is charged by the payment merchant, not by SpeedNet.

 

 

The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Late Fee: $25 (3 days overdue from billing date)

Reactivation fee - $45 (After services are suspended for non-payment)

Late fee: $15


 

Note:

No refund on the labour cost of an outdoor antenna installation or technician visit charge. 

Data restrictions apply depending on your location, services may slow down at times.

Customers may be deprioritized if they have used their primary data on the plan, except the ones on an unlimited plan.

 

Fees.

  1. Customer agrees to  lease the equipment from Speed Net inc for as long as he/she intends to keep the service.

  2. No discount coupons or promo code are applicable on Basic plans.

  3. The customer agrees to pay the monthly equipment lease fees

  4. No refund on the labour cost of an outdoor antenna installation or technician visit charge.


 

I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms &  conditions listed above and I will comply with the terms & conditions. A violation of these terms & conditions may result in immediate termination of the services. I have approved the charges for service start-up and my card details are listed below. I take full responsibility for the purchase.
